Choose the exact medical route.

Our catalogue includes MBBS and other Clinical Medicine programmes. Read the degree name, teaching language, duration and programme conditions together. A dentistry programme has its own fees and requirements; it is a separate choice from medicine.

Programme pages show the teaching language, including any published bilingual or Chinese stages. Check the language used during clinical learning and the language preparation required for each stage. English entry does not mean every stage has the same language requirement.

Prepare for your programme’s assessment.

Begin with your passport, complete school transcripts and graduation evidence. Then check the required science subjects, English evidence, assessments and interview. An English-medium school qualification does not create the same exemption at every university.

For programmes requiring CSCA, the subjects, examination language and accepted test session must match the degree and intake. Zhejiang’s 2026 MBBS catalogue lists Mathematics and Chemistry; Fudan’s 2026 MBBS guide lists Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Use the checklist for your chosen programme.

Compare the full study budget.

Tuition is only one part of the payment plan. Add accommodation, the other university charges and the one-time FirstLiners service charges. Plan separately for food, flights, books and personal spending. Compare the first year with second year onwards.

Scholarship coverage depends on the programme, teaching language and award conditions. Plan the full budget until an award is granted. Before choosing a medical degree, discuss the registration requirements in your intended country of practice with FirstLiners.

Questions students ask.

Are all medical programmes the same?

No. The exact degree, teaching language, clinical stages, duration and assessments vary. Compare the named programme and its conditions. A university logo or a medicine category does not establish programme approval or professional registration.

Does a 2026/27 profile mean admissions are open?

The catalogue provides 2026/27 study references. Tell FirstLiners your intended intake so the current application window and available route can be checked for your exact programme.

Where do I begin?

Sources and scope

The university documents below support the preparation guidance. They describe the 2026 cycle and do not announce an open 2027 intake. FirstLiners catalogue fees and current public service descriptions provide the study-planning context.
