Jinzhou Medical University developed from a medical school established in 1946 and adopted its present name in 2016. The six-year English-taught Clinical Medicine programme awards the Bachelor of Medicine. Clinical teaching includes its First Hospital, Third Hospital and Stomatological Hospital. English-taught Dentistry, General Pharmacy, Nursing, and Food Nutrition and Health are separate degree options.

Ask FirstLiners for my payment planEligible new MBBS and BDS students: RMB 6,000 in the first year. From the second year, self-funded students can earn RMB 10,000, RMB 8,000 or RMB 6,000 annually through academic merit selection. Continuing awards cover 75% of students in the same year and major.
Pharmacy: RMB 11,000 per academic year. Nursing and Food Nutrition and Health: RMB 14,000 per academic year. These awards support eligible full-time self-funded students for four years, with annual review. No other scholarship can be held concurrently except an Individual Scholarship.
Complete registration and pay all required fees, including insurance. Maintain good academic effort, conduct and immigration records and participate in university activities. New Pharmacy applicants must be 18–30 with a high-school qualification. Continuation requires the annual review; disciplinary probation or a more serious sanction affects eligibility.
Pass HSK at the university test centre: HSK 3 before the end of Year 2 earns RMB 1,000; HSK 4 before the end of Year 3 earns RMB 1,500; HSK 5 before clinical internship earns RMB 2,000. Each level can be rewarded once.
Self-funded students may receive up to two Individual Scholarship types per academic year. Outstanding volunteering can earn RMB 1,000, with up to 30 awards annually; cultural, sporting and innovation awards are also available. Apply through FirstLiners.
Scholarships depend on eligibility, selection and any required review. Plan for the full fees until an award is granted; fee subtotals do not include scholarship deductions.
Non-Chinese citizen meeting MOE 2020 No.12; good physical/mental health, no criminal record and compliance with Chinese/university regulations.
18–30 on 1 September 2026. Under-18 applications require individual age approval and a guardian guarantee from China.
High-school graduation; CSCA Mathematics compulsory plus Physics or Chemistry, using English papers.

Mathematics plus Physics or Chemistry, using English papers.
Graduation diploma or impending-graduation proof, in Chinese/English.

Bank statement or financial certification of at least USD 6,000. This is proof of funds, not an extra fee.

Medical report issued within six months. Bring the original and original blood-test results to registration.
Receipt for the RMB 800 university registration payment, included within the FirstLiners RMB 2,000 application package. Send the bank receipt to FirstLiners; this initial university charge is counted once.
Under-18 applicants need a letter from a guardian in China. An under-18 application requires individual age approval.
Provide the applicable nationality and residence evidence. Relevant Chinese-parentage/former-nationality cases need foreign nationality for at least four years before 30 April 2026 and more than two years abroad in that period. Foreign-born applicants also supply birth and parental-nationality certificates.
Application scans; non-Chinese/English documents require notarized Chinese/English translations. Originals and translations checked at registration, together with ordinary passport, admission letter, JW 201/JW 202 and student visa.
